I have raised complaints regarding the network since last February. But till my network issue is not resolved. When I call the customer center everytime they repeat the same line. But didn’t take any action regarding this issue. If I asked for confirmation mail, they didn’t provide me anything in written mail.
22-07-2020 my call connected with the supervisor and they gave me 3 days for resolution.
I am totally frustrated with the airtel network and services. Unnecessarily I am paying my bills.
