I am a Flipkart Customer and I want to complaint about my recent order
Oriflame Sweden Gioradani Gold Original_32150 Eau de Perfume
My order delivered today i.e 15/10/21 and I didn’t receive any perfume but received a non branded lipstick and I am very disappointed from that. After that I tried to contact customer service through chat and again and again some kind of automated chat system was saying that the order is non refundable,I understand that product is non refundable but I haven’t even received the correct order that was a perfume instead received a non branded lipstick,what should I do with the lipstick? And I requested a call from Flipkart and they asked when to call and I selected the option for call in next 11 minutes and I am waiting from past 5 hours and didn’t receive any call.
This is a really bad service from your end, I expected a great service from brand like Flipkart but its not what it should be.
