My prepaid pack is going to expire on 12.08.2020. I had recharged worth Rs598/- on 10.08.2020 but customer care is continuously calling me that your Airtel is going to expire and today, outgoing of my captioned number was stopped. We contacted the Airtel shop where I had recharged my mobile, he informed that your mobile has been recharge successfully on 10.08.2020, Airtel will send a message of recharge, (yes message was received). Please, you contact customer care. Your customer care No. Is working properly. They inform No. Schemes but no option for redressal of customer complaint. Therefore we have to mail my complaint to you.Please immediately resume the services of my phone. (Below is the enclosed message of my recent recharge)
