I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of the OnePlus 12R (256GB) smartphone. Contrary to the advertised specifications, the device is equipped with UFS 3.1 storage instead of the promised UFS 4.0. As a loyal OnePlus customer, I feel let down and deceived by this misrepresentation.
This misrepresentation has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the accuracy of OnePlus’s product claims. Therefore, I request a full refund for my purchase to restore my trust in OnePlus. Had I been aware that the OnePlus 12R did not feature the UFS 4.0 storage as promised, I would have either chosen a different phone or considered purchasing another model altogether.
