Subject: Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation of Jio AirFiber Data Limit
Dear Jio Customer Care Team
I am writing to express my concern regarding the misleading information I received while subscribing to Jio AirFiber. At the time of purchase, your staff explicitly informed me that the data limit would be 3300 GB per month. However, my plan currently reflects a 1000 GB limit, after which the speed is significantly reduced.
This discrepancy has affected my experience and falls under misrepresentation of service, which is highly disappointing from a reputed provider like Jio. I request that the promised 3300 GB data cap be honored or an immediate clarification be provided.
Please look into this matter urgently and let me know the correct plan details and how this can be resolved. I hope to continue with Jio, but transparency and trust are important to me as a customer.
