I am Sruthi from Delhi, writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the recent ticket purchase experience with Paytm insider. On 21.03.2024, I purchased two tickets for the IPL CSK vs Delhi match on 31.03.2024, expecting to attend the live event. However, upon further inquiry, I discovered that the event is not as advertised.
The tickets I purchased were misrepresented as tickets to attend the live match, but it turns out they are for viewing the match on a big screen at a hotel (Drink and dine by terrace in Noida. This is not what was communicated during the purchase, and it feels like a clear case of false advertising and misleading customers.
As a consumer, I feel cheated and misled, I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation by either providing the promised live event experience or issuing a full refund for the tickets purchased.
I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent such misleading practices in the future.
