Respected Sir/Madam
With due respect I state that myself Dipyaman Deb residing in Cholanayakanahalli,RT Nagar,Bangalore 560032, I ordered a mobile phone from the renowned company Amazon on 23/09/2020 and the order was prepaid and the company showed the status of delivery as to be delivered the next day (i.e 24/09/2020) and as shown the delivery valet came yesterday for delivering the order but his mobile phone was not working and he was unable to scan the code and he misinformed me that he was going to the office to get the code change and would deliver me today or by latest today morning but today on opening the application on my mobile the item was displaying the status of returned with a reason that it was not accepted at the door-step on calling the customer care service they said that it was already returned and since it was prepaid they would refund the money within 14 business days, but this process mislead me to order the mobile after 14 days and I request to take some strict action on the delivery valet and the company.
