Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your knowledge that I am Ravinder Kumar Prajapati holding a Loan with your bank with Loan number CLN999990000598132.
I have not been able to make regular payments for the same for few months now due to acute financial crisis and I hope to overcome this passing phase in next two to three months.
Said this I would like to bring to your knowledge that your collection people or rather GOONS are threatening and harassing me, my family and my friends in and day out.
This is my complaint against your collection person or goons (Ramu-9152036725, 9579954984) is calling to my office colleague, friends, relatives contact’s number instead of my personal contact number using vulgar and abusive language. I cannot understand why he is doing illegal activity and there is no anyone in Cashe Finance for taking action against him. Now, I am going in consumer court and local police station for register the complaint against him because right now completely frustrated and mentally disturb and I have no any other option instead of suicide.
THIS NONSENCE AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BY YOUR EXECUTIVES OR RATHER YOUR “HIRED GOONS” IS ACTUALLY DEVASTATING MY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL WELL BEING AND THE LEVEL OF HARASSMENT IS SUCH INTENSE THAT I AM CONTEMPLETING SUICIDE AS I AM NOT ABLE TO COPE WITH THE INSULT AND SOCIAL ABUSE.
You are in violation of all known privacy policy, I have taken this matter very strongly and I am doing conversation with both TRAI and RBI.
I DEMAND to you that if you require to do collections please do it but in a cibilized way and as per the law of the land, these strong arm tactics are not acceptable.
I will hold the CEO of your bank personally responsible if any untoward event happens with me.
I seek following resolutions from end.
1> The representative of Cashe Finance may be restricted from not following the model code of conduct for collection and recovery. Including but not restricted to being stopped from abusing me verbally/threatening me with dire consequences or calling any one in my home.
2> It may be made clear to me that how can your team abuse my family members and relatives.
At the end I would like to tell you that the above resolutions are my right and no one including you should not and cannot deny it.
REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR COLLECTION PEOPLE ASAP AND RESTRAIN THEM FROM harassing ME AGAIN.
I WANT YOU TO ACT AND ACT NOW!!! STOP THE HOOLIGANS ELSE I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH THE AUTHORITIES AND HOLD THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CASHE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE IF ANY UNTOWARD INCIDENT HAPPENS IN MY FAMILY.
KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION ON MY MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
