I had recharged the above number with 100 Rs and I got a validity of 28 days.
Is this a joke?
When I get only 81.02 Rs as talktime on a recharge of Rs 100, you have no right to put a validity of just 28 days.
On talking with a customer care executive, I was told that this is the new norm that on a Top-Up of any amount, I get a validity of only 28 days.
Do clarify this ASAP or I will file a case against this in the consumer court. This is absolute cheating on your part
I had done the same top-up on a different number but got a validity of 6 years on that. So I know that this is not the new norm.
