Dear ,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I have been facing regarding the closure of my loan with DMI Finance. I took a loan of 30,000 INR from DMI Finance in July 2022 with a monthly EMI of 2,837 INR, scheduled for one year. However, I managed to close the loan earlier than expected with the assistance of the bank’s representatives.

To my surprise and dismay, I have recently been contacted by the bank requesting additional payment for the loan that was already closed. This situation has left me both puzzled and concerned. Closing the loan ahead of schedule was done in cooperation with the bank’s representatives, and I was under the impression that all outstanding dues had been settled. This unexpected demand for payment has caused me significant financial loss and distress.

Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the behavior exhibited by some of the bank’s representatives. I believe that every customer deserves respectful and professional treatment. Unfortunately, the conduct I have experienced falls short of these expectations. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior after fulfilling my financial obligations.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to rectify the issue promptly. I would appreciate a detailed explanation regarding the additional payment request and a resolution to the matter that ensures no further financial burden is placed upon me. Additionally, I urge the bank to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by its representatives and take appropriate measures to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the bank’s reputation.

I trust that you will address this matter with the utmost seriousness and urgency it deserves. Please provide me with a prompt response and the necessary steps to resolve this situation amicably. I am hopeful that we can reach a satisfactory resolution and restore my faith in the bank.
