I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of service I have received over the past four months.
They have been charge 37k from me which is not a small amount my experience has been marked by a complete lack of response and what appears to be the abandonment of my orthodontic treatment.
I find online this company and contact them for orthodontic treatment with clear aligners. The treatment began promisingly, with the initial set of aligners being provided. However, since then, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite numerous attempts to contact via phone calls and emails, I have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication has left me feeling neglected and abandoned as a patient.
I tried to contact there doctors they said they leave the company 4months back.
They extracted my two teeth for the treatment which was painful and I sacrifice my two theeth for this fake treatment.
I want legal action against them and I want my money back and fully treatment quickly.
This money we earn by our hardwork and this type of company is looted people money I want quick resolution.
This is not the kind of joke face is represent us and they are just played with our emotions and sentiments.
Please do the needful.
