Hi sir,
This is a complaint mail regarding my recent taken JIOAIRFIBER and jio call application error ……on 21st November 2024,I called jio air fiber customer care and informed that JIOJOIN application was giving an error saying “INTERNAL ERRO-Please connect to Jiofiber wifi and try again”…..although I was already connected to JIOAIRFIBER wifi….they took my complaint and also raised it on my behalf saying it’s been forwarded to the technical team but they said that it will take maximum of 24hrs….but it’s been 72hrs+ but they have given me no solution for it till date….everyday I am calling them and they are jst saying they are working ….

I am unable to make calls via JIOJOIN but have already paid for it in the 3 month @₹2222 and am denied of the right to make calls as said in their plan details …

Kindly look into the matter and I hope I will get the solution for the same
