Hi Team,
I have complaint regarding my Jio SIM number-7000884239, I paid amount rs 399 but the recharge hasn’t been done yet and benefit I am not able to make call and use any services, hence I called to jio care for help they people saying money will be refunded as amount will not be adjusted in services, for refund I have to cancel the number but no response first they said go to jio store give a request for cancellation money will be refunded they cheque.
I have visited the store they denied saying no process like that for pre on post sim, now I again called to jio for cancellation they taken the request saying it is in process wait n wait but no proper resolution, I sent email to noddle no proper response, I want my money to be credited back or services, kindly help.
