I am writing to express my frustration regarding the continued outage of my Jio AirFiber connection (Connection No: +91-8742359303) linked to my registered mobile number (9391937373). The service has been non-functional since 14th July 2025, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.
Here is a brief summary of the events:
– 16.07.2025: Lodged complaint (SR00002EXGPY) – request closed without any resolution by 18.07.2025.
– 21.07.2025: Lodged complaint (SR00002F1IQG) – slot allotted but service personnel did not attend; repeated on 22.07.2025.
– 23.07.2025: Slot allotted (5–6 PM), but no response. Service personnel closed the request without attending.
– 23.07.2025: New complaint raised (SR00002IVUBF) – slot allotted for 24.07.2025, yet no one has attended till now.
This repeated negligence is unacceptable and has caused major disruptions to my daily activities.
I kindly request:
– A clear update on the current status of my complaint
– Immediate restoration of my AirFiber service
– Waiver of service charges for the affected period
– Refund of the advance payment if the issue is not resolved promptly
If the situation cannot be resolved immediately, I request that my connection be formally closed and my payment refunded without further delay.
