Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to formally register a complaint regarding the cancellation and refund delay of my Jio AirFiber order.
I placed an order for Jio AirFiber on 21-Nov-2025. A representative named Arul visited my home, completed the KYC process, and collected the payment. After two days, the installation technician visited my residence for installation. However, he informed me that AirFiber signal coverage was very low and not reachable at my location, and therefore installation could not be completed.
Based on this, the installation technician advised me to cancel the order and assured me that the refund would be processed within 7 working days.
As of 22-Dec-2025, I have still not received my refund.
I have tried contacting the following persons multiple times:
Sowmiya – 9363407485 (Jio Service Agent)
Arul – 8668148321 (Jio Representative)
Installation technician
Unfortunately, none of them are responding to my calls, and when I contacted Sowmiya (Jio Service agent), I was treated harshly and did not receive any proper resolution. This prolonged delay and lack of response has mentally affected me.
I request Jio AirFiber to:
Immediately process my AirFiber cancellation
Refund my full payment without further delay
Take appropriate action against the service agents involved
I have attached all relevant details for your reference.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.
