This is to inform you that complaint no: 129223280 for Fixed Line no.02240041756, Relationship no.7005962253 our monthly plan Rs.587.64 but in bill no.FT2127I002673105 you have charged Rs.9155.62 for the period 26-01-2021 to 25-02-2021. (in that ISD charges Rs.7261/- for period 03-02-2021 to 14-02-2021).
We have already followed up from last 2 month but we have not getting proper feedback from their customer executives. we have told them all call durations are in night time which is not possible because our office is in corporate area(Bharat Diamond Bourse, BKC ) and that is under fully security services.
