I ordered a Mini Cube Projector – little home cinema from their website PicPixell.com, but what I received was beyond disappointing.
Instead of the projector I eagerly anticipated, all I found inside the box was a small, broken and damaged star toy. It shattered my excitement and left me feeling scammed and deceived.
I immediately contacted PicPixell.com’s support email at support@picpixell.com to express my dissatisfaction and request a replacement for my original order. However, they have failed to address my concerns or offer any resolution.
This incident has deeply hurt my trust as a customer. I am determined to make others aware of this dishonest business practice and the misleading nature of PicPixell.com. It’s important to be cautious when making online purchases and not fall victim to such scams.
