During the lockdown, we received very high bill amount two times consolidating of 3month 1st time approx 900 and 2nd time approx 1800 this is the charge of total 5month from April to Aug. we are not using the electricity since lockdown still received very high.
I want to know why you charged a very high amount despite zero unit use. Now for the month of September, we received 468rs bill amount.
