AA Credit – Instant Loan App,
My name is Akash Kashyap, I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the fraudulent loan services provided by your company. I have recently applied for a loan on your platform, and I have come to know that you have misled me and many others and taken advantage of my financial vulnerabilities.
It has come to my notice that your company is indulging in fraudulent practices, which include charging exorbitant interest rates, demanding upfront fees and withholding material information from its customers. As a result, I am now burdened with a huge debt that I cannot repay without significant financial strain.
I had applied for Rs.15,000/-. loan but received only Rs 9,030/-. However, this amount has been deposited in my bank account without my permission, which is a fraud and a big fraud on me and many others who have taken loan from your AA Credit – Instant Money Loan App. Now AA credit claim I have to pay 15000.00
I wish to inform you that I will be taking legal action against your company for indulging in these fraudulent practices. I have consulted my lawyer and we are in the process of preparing a case against you.
I demand that you immediately stop all efforts to obtain payment from me, as I will not be making any further payments until this matter is resolved.
Please note that if you do not cooperate with me in resolving this matter, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police for further legal action against your company. I will also complain to the Banking Ombudsman. Furthermore, I will share about this Bank App Fraud along with screenshots, voice recording, complaint letter etc. on all social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and on all my Whats App groups.
I am confident that justice will prevail, and I look forward to resolving this matter at the earliest
