Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing situation involving my father’s loan payments with Slice Financial Services. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the behavior of your representatives, who have resorted to harassment, threats, and attempts to intimidate my family during a challenging period in our lives.

Firstly, let me provide you with some background information. My father has been a loyal customer of Slice Financial Services for the past 608 months, faithfully paying his loan installments on time. Unfortunately, due to a sudden accident and subsequent job loss, he has been unable to meet his financial obligations recently. We have been going through a difficult time emotionally and financially, and we are actively seeking solutions to address this situation.

Instead of offering support and understanding during this challenging period, your representatives have resorted to unprofessional and unethical tactics. They have made repeated visits to our residence, attempting to create scenes and instill fear in our family. Furthermore, they have gone to the extent of contacting our acquaintances and friends, making false claims and threats, which is completely unacceptable.

I strongly condemn such behavior, as it not only violates our privacy but also adds immense mental distress to our already burdensome circumstances. It is important to note that my family has always maintained a respectful and cooperative relationship with your company. We have never defaulted on payments prior to this unfortunate incident.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action against the individuals responsible for the harassment. Additionally, I demand that Slice Financial Services cease all forms of harassment, including visits to our home, contacting third parties, and making threats. Instead, I urge you to work with us to find a mutually agreeable solution to address the outstanding loan amount.

Please consider this letter as a formal complaint, and I expect a prompt response within 10 working days addressing the following:

Acknowledgment of the complaint and assurance that it will be thoroughly investigated.
Confirmation of the termination of all harassment and threatening behavior by your representatives.
An apology for the distress and inconvenience caused to my family.
A detailed plan outlining the steps you will take to rectify this situation and resolve the outstanding loan issue, considering our current circumstances.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the stipulated timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further by seeking legal assistance and reporting the incident to the relevant consumer protection agencies.

I trust that you will handle this complaint promptly and professionally, rectifying the situation and restoring our faith in Slice Financial Services. I look forward to a resolution that will allow us to move forward positively.
