I am writing this complaint regarding the consistent and frequent disconnection issues with my Jio Air Fiber router. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem, I have not received any satisfactory or permanent solution.
I subscribed to Jio Air Fiber services on November 2023, and since then, I have been experiencing frequent interruptions in the internet connection. These disruptions occur multiple times throughout the day, causing inconvenience and disruption to both personal and professional activities that rely heavily on a stable internet connection.
I have made several complaints to the customer service department and each time I am assured that the issue will be resolved promptly. However, the problem persists, and there has been no permanent resolution provided by the company. The temporary fixes provided by the customer service representatives only offer short-lived relief before the disconnections resume.
The unreliable internet service not only affects my daily tasks but also impacts my productivity and work efficiency. I feel neglected and frustrated by the lack of attention given to resolving this issue.
Therefore, I urge to kindly intervene in this matter .
