Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint against QuickCash by Avisa Finance Pvt. Ltd. and its fraudulent practices involving unsolicited money lending. Below are the details of the incident:
1. Incident Details:
– Date of Incident: 30/07/2024
– Company Name: QuickCash by Avisa Finance Pvt. Ltd.
2. Complaint Description:
– On 30/07/2024 , while I was merely exploring their app, QuickCash by Avisa Finance Pvt. Ltd. automatically credited an amount of 5220/ to my bank account without my explicit consent or request. I had not initiated or completed any loan application process.
– I was shocked to find this transaction, as I had not completed any formalities to avail the loan.
3. Fraudulent Practices Noted:
– Upon researching, I discovered that QuickCash by Avisa Finance Pvt. Ltd. is involved in fraudulent activities, using AI-generated photos & have the access of my phone to blackmail and coerce me & my family relatives friends into paying back amounts. They are now demanding a total repayment of 8700/, which is not only unjust but also illegal.
I was scared and ready to repayment but after few research i got to know that they will still demanding more and more money.
4. Impact and Request for Action:
– I am distressed and feel harassed by their actions. I have not consented to any loan agreement and believe this transaction to be a clear case of fraud.
– I request your immediate intervention to halt any further transactions and to take necessary legal action against QuickCash by Avisa Finance Pvt. Ltd. for their fraudulent activities.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the perpetrators.
