Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent Gold Loan account that has been incorrectly reported against my credit profile, severely affecting my credit score, financial credibility, and peace of mind.
Details of the Issue:
• Fake Loan Account Number: 2705MDL00002375
• Lender as per CIBIL Report: MUTHOOTNAN (Muthoot Fincorp Ltd / Muthoot Nannayam Finance)

• Credit Report Reference Date: 09/07/2025
I would like to confirm that I have never availed any gold loan from Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, Muthoot Nannayam, or any of their affiliates. Upon contacting Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, they have officially denied any association with the above-mentioned loan account and have advised me to contact the concerned organization.
Despite raising a dispute with the concerned credit bureau and the financial institution, no corrective action has been taken to remove this fraudulent entry. This is causing undue stress and may hinder my ability to avail any genuine financial services.
Relief Sought:
1 Immediate removal of the fraudulent gold loan account from my credit report
2 Investigation into the source and misuse of my personal data
3 Compensation for mental harassment and damage to my credit profile
4 Strict action against the reporting institution for false reporting and negligence
I am enclosing copies of:
• My CIBIL report showing the false loan
• Email communication with Muthoot Fincorp Ltd denying the loan
• Identity proof (PAN Card)
