I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jio Telecom Services regarding a fraudulent activity and the failure to port my Airtel SIM to Jio. The incidents that I am about to describe have caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and emotional distress, warranting the intervention of the Consumer Court.
A representative from Jio Telecom Services, visited my residence in response to my request for porting my Airtel number to Jio. The representative collected personal information from me as part of the porting process. Furthermore, I was instructed to pay a recharge amount of 250 rupees to facilitate the porting procedure.
To my dismay, despite complying with the representative’s instructions and fulfilling the payment requirement, my number has not been successfully ported to Jio. To compound matters, I have been unable to reach Jio’s customer service team to resolve this issue. The lack of response and assistance from Jio has only heightened my frustration and feelings of being defrauded.
I kindly request the Consumer Court’s immediate attention to this matter and a fair and just resolution. I am prepared to provide any further information or cooperate with the investigation process as required.
