I wanted to close my loan account,
I called the customer care num,I was informed that one of the dhani executives will call u and help with this,,
They called me and made some OTP based transaction,,we shared the OTP because we are making the loan payment,,they told that account will be update in 24 hrs
Now amount of 49999 was deducted from account and now the phone num is switched off
