From a long time I am facing issue regarding data. I have jio sim and I recharge with 299 rupees pack on which I get 1.5 GB data per day. I am noticing from long time that without using and social media platform for long time my data is getting exhausted. Everyday I am facing the same Issue. On contacting customer care they tried to manipulate me for recharging with more expensive pack. Isn’t this illegal. First they are not giving the promised amount of data then they are trying to snatch customers money by manipulating them.
