On [29/04/23], I purchased a [Model of TVS Two-Wheeler i.e TVS JUPITER 125] from your dealership. While I was initially excited about my purchase, I have encountered several problems that have significantly impacted my experience. I would like to highlight the following issues:
From the 1st day itself there was some issue with the battery, it starts after several attempts and after confronting this to the sales person Name Durga at you dealer center they said it is battery issue only 1% scooter face this issue which sound very uncertain and unrealistic to us …i Doubt they have done something with the bike before delivering it…
For the 1st service also they just refused to attend us and told us to come for the next day and it goes on.
