Dear Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery of an LG refrigerator from Flipkart. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that have left me unsatisfied with my purchase.
The delivery person refused to open the box as they claimed not to have received an OTP from Flipkart. Regrettably, at the time of delivery, I failed to inspect the package as it was not immediately evident that it was an open box delivery. After the LG Installation team arrived and opened the box, it was discovered that the refrigerator had sustained damage. The LG Installation team duly documented this issue.
My predicament now is that I am unable to initiate a replacement or return request for the product due to it being categorized as an open box delivery. My repeated attempts to contact Flipkart’s customer service via phone or the help center have proven to be fruitless, as I have yet to receive a satisfactory response to my concerns.
If a resolution to this issue is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by filing a consumer complaint against Flipkart.
I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and act swiftly to address this situation and provide a suitable resolution.
