my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Faber India in relation to my recently purchased chimney, model [(Hood Venice in HC SC FL LG 90, Touch &
Gesture Control, Light Grey] & Serial no-(B0BTYHXSZ7), which I bought approximately one month ago. I have encountered a persistent and unresolved issue of oil leakage from the chimney, which has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
This leakage issue has persisted right from the moment of installation, and I firmly believe it is a result of irresponsible and unbalanced installation by the engineer dispatched by Faber India. To date, I have raised complaint requests three times, and while each time an engineer has visited my home, none of them have been able to resolve the issue effectively.
Despite assurances from these engineers that the leakage issue had been rectified, the problem has recurred the very next day after their visits. This not only indicates a lack of expertise and professionalism on their part but has also caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my end.
To make matters worse, I paid an additional Rs. 1500 for proper angle installation to the installation engineer, hoping that this would resolve the issue once and for all. Unfortunately, this expenditure has proved to be in vain as the problem continues to persist. It is disheartening to see that my efforts to ensure the proper installation of the chimney have yielded no positive results.I kindly request that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. If Faber India cannot ensure a resolution to the persistent oil leakage problem in my chimney, I insist that you replace the chimney with a fully functional unit as per the warranty terms. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the repeated failures in resolving the issue, the financial investment I have made in the product, and the additional expenses I have incurred for installation.
