I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the false advertising and deceptive practices employed by Airtel regarding its supposed “unlimited 5G data” offering. Despite your claims of providing unlimited data, it has become apparent that Airtel imposes daily limits on the usage, severely hindering the supposed benefits of a 5G connection.
On 26th May , I opted for Airtel’s 5G service after being enticed by your advertisements promising unlimited data at lightning-fast speeds. As a customer, I expected to experience seamless connectivity and unrestricted access to high-speed internet. However, to my dismay, I soon discovered that the so-called “unlimited” data offered by Airtel is, in fact, subject to daily limits.
