I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent purchase I made through Flipkart. On July 14, 2023, I ordered a container of ON Whey Protein (Order ID: OD428621309913353100) from Flipkart, one of my trusted online shopping destinations.
However, to my dismay, the product I received is a counterfeit.
Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed several red flags that raised suspicions about the authenticity of the product:
– Packaging Discrepancies: The container’s design and labeling differ significantly from the genuine ON Whey Protein products I have purchased in the past from authorized stores.
– Unusual Appearance: The color, texture, and consistency of the powder inside the container do not match those of authentic ON Whey Protein.
– Missing Seal: The product’s safety seal was tampered with and appeared to have been opened before delivery, further adding to my doubts about its authenticity.
– Tampered Authenticity Secret Code: The product authenticity code was already scratched off.
I am an avid user of ON Whey Protein and have been purchasing it for years, both from physical stores and reputable online platforms like Flipkart.
As a responsible and ethical marketplace, I urge Flipkart to take this matter seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation.
I also tried to raise a complaint by requesting a customer support call back, to which the executive ‘Mr. Bilal’ miserably failed to guide and help me raise this serious issue.
