Dear Sir,
I want complain against rectitude technology(Offer2 earn) 19 days before on 12 of Dec 2020 i received a call from rectitude technology agent and asked me for work from home captcha felling job and offer 10 thousands that i will get in 10 days and told me there will be a registration fees of RS 5200 that is to be deducted from your first earning you not need to pay in advance it will be paid by our company on behalf of you and the place of signature we are stumped our company name. So you don’t have to pay. After that he asked me my email id and voter id on whats app for registration. Then i send to him by whatsapp. After that he register my details and send me a link of agreement copy on whatsapp and told me that you will receive a varification call from head office for confirmation so answer yes to the questions what they will ask they will just check your confidence level and nothing more and after that we will send you a link for work, but no link has been received to me till now. After Then one verification call came to me and asked me that you are ready to do job or not then i say yes . on 20th DEC 2020, they sent me a intimation mail from chiefjustice.sharadarvind@supremecourtofindia.co on my mail id for compensation for loss, compensation for breach of contract and demanding money of RS9999 to settlement out of court and legal proceedings. Now they are calling me again and again and demanding money and sending me messages continuously for settlement or legal procedding. i m also uploading some screenshot of mail and messages they have sent me. Then i had doubt.. I searched it on Google about the company. Then i saw so many people complained about this company and they complain about the same thing and also company demanding money from them and sending legal fake messages,mail, court case threats. Then i sent a message and call to agent on whatsapp but no reply come from their side and also tried to call him but that number is switched off . Even i haven’t started work and nver login their portal also. Today i received a call from a number 9143****01 this lady named Nidhi Gupta telling me that my client Rectitude Technology has filed a case against you. Then she told a legal notice will go your address. Then after 15 days i got one mail, manages from advocate minhaz. And demanding rs.9999 money. Other wise he will file case at Ahmedabad high court. And i seen many people complain about that advocate mail also. I request consumer complaints court to take some serious and strict action against this fake company and fake people.
