I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred at the Shamshabad ORR toll booth. I was not issued an entry token upon arrival APPA toll booth which resulted in an extra charge being applied against txn: SHD09EX240366320 on 11/06/2024 1:46 AM. Furthermore, when I attempted to address this issue with the toll operator, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior at Shamshabad tool booth.This incident is unacceptable and I request an immediate review and resolution of this matter. Please provide a refund for the extra charge and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue
