I want to complaint regarding the exchange in V2cart , they did not inform that discounted products will not be exchanged and I got small size and needed one size bigger because it was my bday shopping done by my mom in my absence and this is why she confirmed that if size will not fit then will it be exchanged they said yes you can and now I am not able to fit in it and tried to exchange and only wanted one bigger size but they denied and it was my dress whose top is not fitting up and my shirt also useless for me now .
I want a resolution here only and want proper action against them.
Please revert me asap.
