its been 8th month(27 jan 2023) when i submitted my dizo buds in a service center, as the mic was not working properly and i have a proper job sheet of the service center (F1 Infosolutions & Services Pvt Ltd – Chandigarh) and now they are saying we don’t have any link with that company (Dizo) and when i call to the customer service they says we have raised your issue call us after 15 days this is happening since 6 months. Please riase my compaint against them and help me out as I am a student and my interviews are going on and i need them they cost me around 2k and its not easy for me to buy another one.
