Hello sir/ma’am,
My name is Ravi chander reddy
I have joined crio.do full stack developer program on 28 march 2023, and made payment to eduvanz with a program fee of 2,16,000 change with emi per month 6012 for 36 months till 5th march 2026, since then I have been doing job in open mind from 1pm to 10pm and continuing with the program but later on I started working for night shifts which is 10pm – 8am since july month and I have tried to complete the courses but due to heavy time investment and health issues, it has given me no choice but to withdraw from the program I had talk with one of the employee Mr ankit addressing my concern and Ms shilpa regarding the issue that I won’t be able to go ahead with the program because of my work schedule and health concern. They suggested to raise a chat/ticket regarding the issue and I have did the same multiple time addressing my concern again and again, I used to get automated mails stating that there is no refund or cancellation available with the program, I requested for a call regarding the concern but everytime I used to get automated email stating the same message as previous again and again and there has been no call or a proper response regarding this so far. At the beginning of the program they didn’t state anything about such cancellation and even though I was reluctant I was forced to choose the program and now I see no way out of this. Once side I have to work to pay for emi Or else I have to study I can’t do both at a time while doing work in the night, I can only choose to withdraw from the course as I cannot withdraw from the job.
