Respected Sir,
I had made call to both complaint No. i.e. 198 and 18608933333 to solve my problem of JIO network but instead of attending the call/ customer care executive, the call was attended by the computerised auto generated voice and the option which were given during the call, was also not working and telling about your plans in detail are also useless.
As a customer if i want to talk to customer care executive, my call directly should be transferred to customer care executive, not after listening about my plan or other formaliteis like press 1 for this facility then press 2 for this facility and many more upto 8 or 9 by spending much time. Why a customer has to suffer alot to talk to a customer care executive. why a cutomer is being befooled by these compinies. Please reply as soon as possible or resolve this issue so that other customer dont have to face such issues.
