I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the BC/BF Advanced Exam Certificate Generation process. I registered for the exam, completed the required training, and submitted all necessary documents. However, it has been over a month, and I have now been informed that my submitted files are not suitable for certificate generation.
Despite following the instructions in Annexures 1 and 2 and submitting the documents as required, the organization has failed to upload them, leading to unnecessary delays and wasting my time. I have attempted to reach out via the “Contact Us” phone number provided, but every time I call, the line is either busy or the phone is on silent, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue.
No one from the organization has taken the initiative to contact me and assist in resolving this matter. I invested significant time, money, and effort to successfully complete the exam, only to receive brief responses claiming that my files are blurry, despite providing high-quality documents.
The most disappointing aspect is that I took this exam to enhance my job opportunities in the banking sector, and this delay is now hindering my progress.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue and holding IIBF accountable for their actions, which are causing unnecessary delays and distress for candidates like myself. I believe appropriate action, including a substantial penalty, should be imposed on the organization for the inconvenience caused to individuals who are simply trying to advance their careers.
