Dear Ramakrishna Logistics Company,
I am writing to express my serious concerns and deep dissatisfaction with the condition and handling of my vehicle (Reg. No: GJ 06 PK 7451) during its transit from Vadodara to Dehradun under their custody. They have picked Vehicle from my home on 6th Apr 2025 and delivered it to me on 21st Apr 2025.
Their Person named Mangat (Mobile No. – 7836965309) called me and said we don’t have light, so not able to do the washing of your vehicle, and also said there is no fuel in the car. After reaching my office, my car was completely dirty from the inside and outside. I refused to take the dirty vehicle, so he took it to a car cleaning shop near by office and ran away from there, leaving the car at the car wash station without any formal handover to me. I called him, but he didn’t pick up my phone call. , who left the car at the Car Washing station without notice, I observed multiple unacceptable issues that demand immediate attention and resolution:
Physical Damage:
Visible damage was found on the passenger side of the car. (Photo attached)
Scratches and unexplained marks on the top surface of the vehicle were also noticed, indicating mishandling during loading/unloading or transit.
Mark of Charcoal across the body, which is very difficult to remove from it.
Theft of Items from the Car:
Personal item (Car Perfume) that was securely placed inside the car before handover is now missing/ Stolen, suggesting unauthorized access during transit. (Photo attached)
Also, the New Car Vacuum Cleaner has been replaced with a dirty used vacuum cleaner.
Unauthorized Toll Deductions:
Toll tax has been deducted at three different locations ( Total amount of Rs. 255/-, although the car was not supposed to be driven during transit. This indicates unauthorized road usage.
Amount of Rs. 95/- deducted at Jaipur Toll Plaza at 14.52 Hrs on 14th Apr 2025.
Amount of Rs. 85/- deducted at Manesar Toll Plaza at 12.38 Hrs on 15th Apr 2025.
Amount of Rs. 75/- deducted at Tamsabad Toll Plaza at 06.10 Hrs on 21st Apr 2025, every time I have informed your team member, but there was no solution, and it was informed to me that my car has reached Dehradun on 20th Apr 2025 and is available for delivery between 9.00 to 9.30 pm.
How a car that crosses the Jaipur toll on 14th Apr afternoon reaches Manesar Toll the next afternoon, i.e. 15th Apr 2025. Second, why toll get deducted if it is given to your team to transport?
Abandonment at Delivery Point:
The delivery personnel did not perform a formal handover, nor did they contact me before leaving the vehicle at the clearing shop. This is a gross violation of the agreed terms of service.
Unauthorized Usage:
The odometer reading suggests the vehicle was driven for 463 kilometers during transit—an action strictly prohibited and highly unethical. This amounts to unauthorized use of my personal property. (Photo attached)
Their team discussed with me to pay only 12000/- by Ms. Shivangi Thankur (Mobile No. – 9201409178) and never shared/discussed any further charges with me. She has not shared any bilty with me. Another transport company owner, Mr. Deva (Mobile no. – 7353937027 of Gananan Logistics) shared it with me and asked me to do the payment, which stated only 12000/- and no other charges reflected on it.
It was promised by Ms. Shivagni that I will receive a tracking ID, which was never shared & car loading video. My car was picked up in Morning, and after following up with her for nearly 2 days, she shared the wrong video and then stopped picking up my call. Later, Mr. Deva shared with me a video where my car was loaded in a container at night (Closed Container).
Their Team has later shared the new Bill with a different amount of Rs. 23000/- and forced me to pay the remaining amount, else they will not deliver my vehicle, which is nothing but blackmailing because they know that they have damaged the vehicle and now they need to pay for it. As, They have charged me Rs. 4000/- for Transit Insurance, never share with me a copy of it.
This conduct reflects not only gross negligence but also raises serious questions regarding the integrity and professionalism of your operations.
