I Rohit Suresh Mede bought Honda’s Activa 5G bike on 06/04/2019. Problems have started since I bought the bike. Like the first problem of a side guard, the side guard makes a lot of noise whenever the bike moves.

I told this problem at the time of first servicing, but they (Service Center Honda Seawoods) said that it happens this is normal.

Again when in second servicing the problem of side guard as well as the problem of vibration will begin For example, if the bike was run in slow, the bike used to be restless (If Bike ride with Slow Speed it Vibrates) and along with it the third problem was the average, Since I bought the bike, I have seen an average of 20 to 25 kms/ liter. I told this every time while servicing but there is no solution.

At the same time, the problem of the handle also told that , the handle seems to slide in the left side, wherever you ride the bike, I told them to solve all these problems with this Bike and also for me.

I have been telling them (Bhavna Honda Customer care seawoods) all these problems since the time of 1st servicing.

Due to not getting the solution of the problem even after speaking too much (Bhavna Honda Service Center), I raised an online complaint by calling customer care Honda on 02/02/2020.

After that I started getting calls from Bhavna Honda Seawoods that you please visit service our Service center we will solve your problems.I took the bike for servicing after a few days i.e on 15/03/2020 ,then they(Bhavna Honda Service Center Seawoods) kept the bike for servicing for 3 days And solved only the issue of Vibration and the issue of side guard.

Even after raising so many complaints, all my problems did not get solved.It has been only one year since I bought the bike in April 2019, and so many problems are coming from it.

All I have to say is that I need /I want the raplacement of my bike otherwise I will raise a complaint in the consumer court, because all the limits have been crossed now.

Recently when I received the bike from the service center, I changed the tier (Back) of my bike Because there were a lot of punctures in it. Can you tell me if a new bike can have so many problems from the beginning ?

I am a government employee, it is not possible for me to take my bike to the service centre again and again for such a shitty problems. And there is nothing left in my life that I have to go to the service center every Sunday or weekdays to repair my bike and waste my time.

I have done this many times and I do not want to do all this again and again. I have got such a bad experience in Bhavana Honda Seawoods, I have received third class service that I cannot explain. I want quick result of my complaint and I want replacement of my bike.
