Dear Team,
I had ordered hands free ear phone (under offer buy 1 get 1 free) under which it was promised that I would get Sony wireless ear phone along with jbl earphone. In reality I received only JBL earphone & that too a damaged one. The rim of that JBL earphone had scratches nad looked “like used ear phone” ,
Payment was done through cash on delivery. I would like to return it & need refund for the same . I also received today from “9330042504” requesting for UPI id for refunding. I found it suspicious and refused to share details. The caller became abusive& disconnected the call
