Hi,
My reg mobile number is 9492684540 and I have recharge my account with Rs 220/- on 27.02.19 as per the message displayed on my TV but due to some issue regarding pack charges from your side my acnt validity is reduced and the maximum number of channels have cut down ..As per the rule u can’t cut the facilities of the pack and if u will do the same u should give me the prior information regarding plan migration but Tata Sky have failed to do so and in the mid by own u cut down the same.. As this is totally the fraud matter.. I request you once to add my channels and to extend my validity or I have to take another steps regarding this
