Subject: Complaint Regarding Auto-Debit by “NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAI-NOVIDIGITALENTAUTOPAY”
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your notice that an amount of ₹299 is being deducted from my account at regular intervals (approximately every 2–3 months) under the description “NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAI-NOVIDIGITALENTAUTOPAY.” I have never authorized or subscribed to any service under this name, nor have I given consent for any such recurring payment or auto-debit mandate.
Please treat this as a formal complaint regarding unauthorized electronic transactions. I request you to:
Immediately stop all future deductions related to “NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT / NOVIDIGITALENTAUTOPAY.”
Cancel any standing instruction, mandate, or autopay authorization linked to this merchant.
