complainant is a old costumer of your esteemed company (vide connection bearing 9350547505). unfortunately on 4/4/19 complainant lost his mobile phone and dt.6/4/19 and requested to you to closed the said no.and same was closed by you and 0n 11/4/19 issued a new sim card of same no.and activated the same but on 12/4/19 once again the was closed,when complainant enquired from the your customer care they informed to the complainant that the said no. has been ported to jio on the request of one Paras Saket now the said no. is switched off since the evening of 12/4/19
it is prayed to you look into the matter and help us to retain the said no.
