Dear Sir,
It’s going to be around 20-25 days since I applied for Airtel Fiber connection. I live in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh and I wanted to tell you whats the condition of airtel workers in Shimla. The first day when I ask for the connection in Airtel office Panthaghati, Shimla they said to me that It would install within one week, so I make a request can you please installed it before one week as my classes are going to start soon. But they refused it, so I think that within the one-week connection will be there, but when I called after one week they said that 2-3 days would take more. So again I waited, but this thing is happening again and again, and now they don’t even pick the phone. I have to make 5-6 calls then they reply to me. It’s so disappointing that being the customer of Airtel for so long I have to face such issues. I regularly made payment of 98 rupees on my phone so that I can attend my classes. I am feeling disheartened by Airtel and never going to recommend Airtel to anyone in future. I don’t think there is any commitment from Airtel to their customers.
