Dear Sir/Mam

It’s very unfortunate as a brand like Airtel has provided false information and taken money just to complete monthly Target without activation of services. I have booked broadband connection for my house and Karanjit ( 9050113625 ) Provided false information that it would be activated by 3 days .Now your technician ( Ajaib singh )has visited to my area and told me ,it would take minimum 20 days for live and activation.
Why Karanjit provided false information for just on sake of target ?? It’s just harassment of customer .
Now please suggest how can I take my money back which has taken by cheating from branded Airtel company where employees are doing such types of cheap things.
