Over the past 2–3 days, I have noticed that my daily data quota is being fully consumed shortly after midnight—specifically by 12:02 AM—even when my phone is idle and not in use. This is highly unusual and concerning, as no background activity should reasonably account for such rapid and complete data depletion.
Additionally, despite purchasing a data recharge to compensate for this issue, the internet speed I have been receiving has remained extremely poor—often in the range of kilobytes per second. These speeds are not only far from what is expected of a 5G network but are insufficient even for basic browsing.
I chose Airtel for its promise of reliable, high-speed connectivity. However, this recent experience has been frustrating and has significantly impacted my ability to use mobile data effectively. I am disappointed by the inconsistency between the service promised and what is being delivered.
I kindly request the following:
A detailed explanation for the sudden and unexplained data consumption at midnight.
Clarification on why speeds remain extremely low even after a successful recharge.
Immediate steps to resolve the issue and ensure consistent service moving forward.
I trust you will treat this matter with urgency and provide a prompt resolution. I would appreciate a clear response and not a generic reply, as I believe this issue merits proper investigation.
