Hi Team, I have ordered 8 ghar soaps from their official appplication and paid INR 768 at the time of ordering and now since that time I am following up with them via email and their support chat but they are not giving me a proper update and not giving me a satisfactory answer.

On 18th November Ordered soap and got Order ID 4823825 and still not got the order delivered to me. Tried several attempts to track but no updates.
How are the products endorsed by celebs without knowing about the truth.
Need a immediate action and reply from the company what went wrong.
Now it feels like a fraud or scam which is been advertised widely across social media apps.
