I was looking for mnp to airtel from Vodafone i got a message that it is not completed so i cancelled the process. I continue using my service with vodafone. I woke up on 14.02.18 my service disappeared checked msgs from airtel tht it has been ported got msgs from unknown no. On my whatsapp it has been done. airtel has done the process after i had cancelled the procrss the sales person to get sale cause trouble went to airtel store got info that the sim is not registered the manager from store asked me to call airtel from my alt no. And said the verification can be done. Spoke with a girl named nirmal who instead of doing her job lied it cant be done where the airtel mmmanag showed the process that verification can be done on alt no. He then forwarded my mail i got verification call number was activated. End result i still dont have network. Have nothing to do are ask help. Airtel should be penalised and the person the gave wrong detail and did the portwith my confirmation
