I have ordered oliveware tes pro Lunch box set- quantities 3, 2 with black colour and 1 for red whereas on 15th June received only 2 quantities.
While the parcel was packed, unable to identify whether it was delivered all three sets or not. Hence provided the OTP.
Later when parcel opened, found 2 but still in the expectation of getting 1 deliver might be later, hold to connect to amazon customer service.
Now post connecting to customer service, they abruptly said that investigation is done and no refund or product will be sent back to me.
The customer care representative were rude and offensively confirmed instead providing the next step
I am not satisfied with the resolution as i am not letting my money to be paid for no product.
